1. Payment and advance payment process:
For custom orders:
- For orders produced according to customers' own requirements, customers will have to pay 50% of the order value after consulting and finalizing the order.
- In case the printing order uses copper shafts or printing frames, you will have to pay 50% of the order and 100% of the printing shaft (printing frame)
- You will pay the remaining amount when Yen delivers the goods to you. For customers in the province, you need to pay 100% of the value of the goods and shipping costs to the truck, shipping fee (if any), then Yen Phat will deliver the goods to you.
For orders in stock:
- For items available at the warehouse in the form of mass production, we do not need customers to pay an advance (for the Ho Chi Minh City area).
- Except for some cases such as unclear information, customers in too remote areas, customers with bad information reported on sales systems, or orders that we assess have high potential risk.
2. Payment method:
Yen Phat is currently applying the following two payment methods:
• Payment in cash:
- In case customers deposit in cash, our accountant will prepare a payment voucher corresponding to the deposit amount received from customers.
- Or when delivering and the shipper collects cash, after receiving and checking the goods, you will pay the exact amount printed on the delivery note and will not incur any additional costs.
